By standard D&D terms magical items are very rare in the Hurssian setting. There are a limited number of spell casters, especially those of significant level and they're not all out there churning out wonderful items for sale. Therefore if something truly wonderful is found it should be treasured and protected.

Here's what happened to ours...

Magic Weapons

Magical dagger

The first magical item we encountered, it bore markings of The Green Lady, an enemy of Kursaval. To prove her agents were operating in the area, Whiteflight gave it to a couple of paladins of Issiad so that justice would prevail.

It turned out they were actually Clerics of Mallus masquerading as paladins and they were quite grateful for the dagger and hiding evidence of a wider conspiracy.

Why, Magical Sword

Cursed magical sword bonded to Kael. It talks to him incessantly (though a mind bond).

Magic Armour

Magical Shield

The prize awarded at The Tournament at Vern was stolen by The Grey Claw (hired by priests of Mallus).

Magic Rings

The Bone Ring

A powerful artefact created by Aragorn with the power to Raise and Control Undead.  Many necromancers were seeking this.

The group got hold of it but it was stolen by The Grey Claw and delivered to Clerics of Mallus. The group retrieved it from a Cathedral to Mallus hidden on the Gon'Wrath Moors (where Whiteflight first died). Corwin was asked by Allaveer to destroy it (via rhyme - more riddles):

It controls the dancers without partners,

And when the stacked corn burns the fallen stems rise.
In it's misty clasp is forever night.
The circle ends in the heart of a strong goddess.

It took so long to work out that it needed to be put in a tree hollow inside a Grove of Allaveer during her High Holy Days. Corwin managed it and blew up a Sacred Grove in the process.

Ring: Pass Without Trace

Gained at Heronguard. Think this is with Sir Corwin.

Magic Potions

Potion of Madness

Cursed. After Whiteflight killed Alwin, The Green Lady's son, she threw a cursed potion in with the possessions that Whiteflight was looting. Uncharacteristically, the bard didn't just drink it to see what would happen and was killed before he could find out. Instead, Brother Indran took it from his corpse and, when Whiteflight was resurrected, he didn't give it back. Just as well. He drank it and it melted his mind turning him into a mental vegetable. Grieving, Whiteflight sold Brother Indran to the Wizard's Guild for magical experimentation. After the monk's eventual death, his goddess reincarnated him, so it worked out well in the end.

Other Dimensions

The House of Madness

A magical dimension ruled over by the demon Kae'Esh. Screwed over by riddles (we hate them) and a curse to transform people to stone if they lingered too long the party only survived as Whiteflight proved immune to the evil. This was because Kae'Esh spared madmen and allowed them to roam about his "Ship of Fools". Whiteflight disputes the judgment though it was spurred on after he presented flowers to Rorke, a Wemic who'd challenged him to a duel. Whiteflight rescued him too and they became good friends.

The Rat Box

More Riddles. A pocket dimension holding the remains of the Cult of the Circle of the Rat a group of were-rat monks who were trapped magically in a battle by priests of Tarrak. The group were hired to go in and rescue a man named Morliff but warned not to bring out anything from inside. They thus unhappily ignored the multiple magical items spotted in the grounds. Milo, the hobbit, forgot at the end and took a hydra's tooth as a souvenir. He didn't make it out with the rest of the group.

The Puzzle Box

Riddles. Vampires. Total Party Death.

It's a trap! The puzzle box was another pocket dimension holding a shrine to Mallus. There were a number of magical liquids in the various rooms it contained. The only way out was to drink a combination of these. Only two party members managed this (desperate in their attempt to escape from the others who'd been turned into vampires after Sebrian did something stupid in the chapel). Both of those have fairly horrible curses attached to them so the precise combination for a decent exit is still unknown. Given the liquids included blood, urine and ink it was a wonder anything was tried.

Spell Books

Whiteflight's Spell Book

This was the spell notebook Whiteflight began with.

Taken from him by a threatening naga (Rumag), the group recovered it by killing the creature. However, Rumag had trapped it and when Silanus opened it the book exploded.

Rumag's Spell Book

Rumag had already trapped Whiteflight's spell book which had exploded so it seemed obvious he would have protected his own book with additional spells. Obvious to everyone but the priest, Zelda. Zelda dies of his injuries. The book was destroyed.

Fairbox, Spell Book of Morliff, Temporal Knight

A smug, talking spell book. Destroyed by excessive violence. (Sentient with 10HD)

Morliff (rescued from the Rat Box) wanted Glariand's book destroyed. This dodgy merchant had passed it on to a priest of Lodus who was a spy for Turse. The book was now in Merrenbrook with Sir Kayguard. Whiteflight and Aspen stole it and, failing to dispel magic on the book it was destroyed with extreme physical violence instead.

Orgal's Spell Book

Orgal was once a great wizard but somehow he died. His tower was taken over by a charlatan called Istfan the Grey. The party went out to meet him and was surprisingly taken in by his low level magic. Still, Whiteflight worked out how to use Orgal's magical elevator and got to a floor Istfan had never seen. It included the wizard's own spell book (as well as the primed scroll of Find Demonic Familiar.

The Book of Peace and Love

Cursed. Sure it raises your Charisma massively, so how could Whiteflight resist? He didn't. Reading the book (a one time use magical item) fills the reader with an overwhelming sense of Peace and Love. So much so that they can not attack anyone, or act in a harmful manner towards anyone. If attacked it requires a Save vs. Magicl to retaliate. The downside here is that if the reader does attack they must continue until the opponent is dead. All in or all out.

Scrolls

Scroll (primed) Find Demonic Familiar

Read by Whiteflight whilst he tried to learn it, instead it activated and summoned a Demon of Griss (angel equivalent). This demon, Kalarak, for some time became Whiteflight's best companion, though it died defending the party from another demon suring their battle with Brymwurten. The scroll was taken from Orgal's Tower which was occupied by the witless Istfan the Grey who couldn't get upstairs to find the good stuff.

Artefacts

Memory of the Mountain

First heard of this when a vampire attacking Beltaph's Castle demanded it. We're sent (circuitously) to Ravenloft to retrieve it. It is a gem and magical prison holding two dragons: the gold dragon, Emperor Lucknar, and the silver dragon, Krentish. We rescue them years later.
